Rolandra Marshall, CMT
Perceptive and energetic, Rolandra uses her natural insight to identify the needs and desires of her clients and provides practical down-to-earth steps to follow. She has a knack for helping people uncover their best talents and bringing them to life in personally suited career choices, stand-out resumes, and finely-honed communication skills. Her working style is one of guiding her clients to accomplishment and readying them for a smooth transition all the while building their confidence.
Rolandra’s counseling draws on years of workforce development, talent management, and project management in corporate, government and nonprofit worlds. There she not only built high performing teams, but she also managed, mentored, and advised individuals with all types and levels of experience on their job, career, and volunteer aspirations.
She brings her on-the-job professional experience into all her counseling, assisting clients with identifying their strengths and talents, building their stories, and marketing them effectively to attain dream careers.
Rolandra has an extensive workforce development background as well as many years as a successful independent consultant in corporate and non-profit environments. Today, she works with professionals nationwide to assist them in all aspects of their careers, always striving to help them obtain the best possible position for their individual interests, skills and desires.
